Swedish Heavy Metal band Enforcer have re-entered the studio to put finishing touch and record the final songs of their upcoming album. Here is a photo of the recording session on July 16th.
Here is the first single “You give me worms” off Turbonegro‘s upcoming album, the first album with new singer Tony Sylvester. From what i understand the new album will most likely be released during this summer.
So what about this new single than? Just let me say that i lost interest in this band after the Scandinavian Leather album, and i don’t think that this album will bring back my interest in the band. Listening to “You give me worms” it’s pretty obvious how important Hank Von Helvete’s charismatic voice was for the bands sound, now they just sound like any other band i think.
If i want my Turbonegro fix i stick with the albums Ass Cobra and Apocalypse Dudes wich i still consider great albums along with the found memories of when i saw the band back in 1998, i still remember that show with great joy, amazing! I also catched the band on it’s last tour before Hank left the band, it just wasen’t the same anymore, sadly.
As i wrote in late February Tiamat was working on new songs for an upcoming album, well now they have entered Woodhouse Studios in Hagen, Germany to records their 10th studioalbum. The album will be released through Napalm Records and the title of the album are The Scarred People.
Personally i can’t wait until the album will be released and as of now the released is set for sometime in October, looks like christmas will be early this year! I will publish more about the album details as soon as i know anything more.

The single have the following tracks “Legalise drugs and murder” and “Murder madness”.
Entombed will release a re-recorded version of the song “Amok” originaly from their album Serpent Saints, the single will be released on May 23 through the label Threeman Recordings / Ninetone Records. The band are currently writing on new material.
Fear Factory posted a new song preview from their upcoming album The Industrialist (due out April 24th) yesterday on their YouTube channel, you can listen to it at the end of this post. The clip is 49 seconds off the song “Recharger”. I know it’s very hard to judge one song off of only a few seconds and specially listening to it on your laptop, but it sounds promising, it sounds Fear Factory so to speak.
I used to listen alot to this band around 1995-1999 specially when they released the album Demanufacture wich i still think is a great album along with their debut Soul Of A New Machine. After their third album Obsolete, wich had a few good tracks on it, i kind of lost interest in the band. I gave the band a new chance when they released Archetype back in 2004 and it was okey i think, just as with Obsolete it had a few really good songs on it but nothing more and i rarely play that album nowadays. But with Mechanize released in 2010 i think they pulled off a really good album wich reminded me of the good old Soul Of A New Machine / Demanufacture days so i really hope that this new album will be as good.
As for the albumcover, see picture, i must say i love it! Reminds of some cross-over of The Terminator and Mad Max. Stylish and it fits the bands music very well i think.
